Four real jobs, four real prices

Every one of these is a shape of house we light every winter, priced the way we'd price it today.

  • Terrace roofline

    £1,500 – £1,700

One frontage, warm white roofline, fitted from a ladder.

  • Semi with porch

    £1,500 – £1,900

Roofline, porch and door dressing on a two-storey street house.

  • Detached with trees

    £2,700 – £3,500

Full roofline plus two wrapped garden trees.

  • Country house, the lot

    £4,500 – £8,000+

Rooflines, windows, drive trees and gates, worked off a platform.

What moves the number

  • How much you light

Price follows metres. A roofline is the cheapest thing per metre; wrapped trees and window outlines add the most.

  • How high it is

Two storeys is ladder work. Three or more usually needs a platform, and that access kit is the biggest single swing in any quote.

  • How hard it is to reach

Conservatories, flat roofs, red routes and narrow side access all add time before a single clip goes on.

  • What's already yours

You own the lights we fit. Second and third seasons are cheaper because we're refitting kit you already have.
