Five steps, one of which is yours. The rest is us.
1.Tell us the house
Check the typical costs first. If the budget fits, tell us the property, what you would like lit and send clear photographs.
2.A design and a fixed price
Most homes are designed and priced remotely, from the address and clear photographs. Where access or complexity needs seeing in person, we arrange a survey visit. It carries a fee that depends on where you are and what's involved, and we put the amount in writing before we come. If you go ahead, it comes off your final price.
3.Fitting day
One visit for most homes. Professional-grade, weather-resistant lighting, clips first, cable routed out of sight, and everything switched on and tested before handover.
4.The season
Faults in what we supplied are ours to put right for the season. One message and we come back out, as soon as we reasonably can.
5.Take-down
From 4–15 January we take it all down and test it: hire kit comes back with us, purchased kit is boxed and handed back to you. Priced as its own line, included unless you take it off.

Fuller residential exterior displays currently quoted by Cosy Christmas typically sit at £2,500 – £5,000, while a focused architectural display starts at £1,500.
Lighting is normally supplied on seasonal hire. Prefer to own the lighting after the season? Ask for the purchase option in your quote.
Take-down normally from 4–15 January, priced as its own line. Included unless you ask us to take it off before you accept; hire kit comes back with us, purchased kit is boxed and left with you.
For the season we install it, faults in the lights, fixings and workmanship we supplied are ours to put right. We come out as soon as we reasonably can, weather and safety allowing. There is no call-out charge for those faults during the season.
Priced remotely from the address and photos, with a survey only where it's needed. Most homes never need anyone to visit before the fitting day.
Lights are fixed with gutter, tile and mortar clips wherever possible. Drilling is used only where nothing else holds, and agreed with you beforehand.
Every installation is covered by £5m public liability insurance, arranged through Rhino Insurance.
