Permanent lighting

Fitted once. Lit whenever you like.

A slim track under the eaves, hidden by day, driven from your phone at night. Fitted across London and the South East, typically £3,500–£9,000 depending on the length of the run and how high it sits.

Why people fit them

  • No annual fit and strip

The hardware goes up once. After that, Christmas is a tap on your phone rather than a booking, a ladder and a January take-down.

  • Invisible in daylight

A slim channel under the eaves, colour-matched to the fascia. From the pavement at noon you would not know it was there.

  • Every other date too

Warm white for the rest of the year, then whatever the calendar asks for — Halloween, birthdays, a wedding, the football.

  • Built to outlast the fashion

Diodes rated for 50,000 hours, outdoor-rated cable, a serviceable controller. This is wiring work, not a decoration.

Invisible at noon, yours after dark

The same eaves, twelve hours apart. The channel is colour-matched to the fascia, so the only thing your neighbours notice is the light.

When we'd talk you out of it

It is a good system, not the right system for every house.

  • It suits a house you light every single year. If you light up occasionally, an installed seasonal display is better value.
  • Listed buildings and some conservation areas should not take a fixed channel. We survey first and we will tell you no.
  • It is a fitted electrical installation, so it wants a proper survey, not a phone quote.

Straight answers

Permanent lights, answered.

Permanent, year-round eaves lighting for a UK home usually costs £3,500–£9,000 fitted, depending on the length of the run and how high it is. The track is installed once, hidden under the eaves, and then controlled from your phone for Christmas, Halloween, birthdays or plain warm white.

Tell us the house and we'll survey it properly — including whether it should take a permanent system at all.
