Add-on service

We're up there anyway. Shall we clear them?

Clips sit on the front lip of your gutter, so we see the state of it before anyone else does. Cleared, flushed and checked on the same visit across London and the South East £90–£180 instead of £150–£300 as a job on its own.

What we actually do

  • Cleared by hand or vacuum

Every run emptied of leaf litter, moss and grit. Debris bagged and taken away, not tipped in a border.

  • Downpipes flushed

Water down every outlet so we know it runs, not just that it looks clean from a ladder.

  • Joints and brackets checked

Sagging runs, split joints and loose brackets photographed and reported, with an honest word on whether it needs doing now.

  • Same crew, same visit

No second appointment, no second access charge. That's why it costs a fraction of a standalone job.

Straight answers

Gutters, briefly.

Yes. We are up at the roofline anyway, so clearing and flushing the gutters at the same visit costs a fraction of a standalone job — usually £90–£180 for a typical home rather than £150–£300.

Tick it on when you quote

It's an option inside the quote journey — one tap, priced with the rest of the job.
