2. 2The lights and equipment. Premium, commercial-grade LED built for a British winter, plus all timers, clips and weatherproof wiring.
3. 3Professional installation. Trained, insured teams working at height safely, fully insured with Rhino Insurance for public liability and working at height.
4. 4In-season maintenance. Any fault — a storm-damaged section, for example — is fixed free of charge.
5. 5January takedown and storage (optional). The display stays yours; if you add takedown, we return in the first two weeks of January, then label, check and store it at our Barnes facility.

Common questions

Do I need permission for Christmas lights? Usually no — they are temporary. If your property is Grade I or II* listed, our non-invasive fixing methods are designed to be compliant. We can advise during consultation.

How do you attach lights without damaging brickwork or stucco? Specialised plastic and rubber clips attach to existing features like gutters, sills and downpipes. We never drill into brickwork or render, and everything is fully and safely removable.

What about power if I don't have an outside socket? We can often run a discreet extension from a garage, or a flat-profile cable through a window or door frame that still closes and locks. All connections are IP44-rated or higher and run through a plug-in timer.
