Large Surrey properties need a layered brief rather than a postcode tariff. The approach, house, specimen trees and power route should be considered as one composition.
Build the brief in layers
- Arrival. Gates, piers and the first view from the road.
- Approach. A restrained rhythm along the drive, where appropriate.
- Architecture. Rooflines, gables, porticos and balconies.
- Landscape. Selected trees and planting rather than every available surface.
- Power and access. Outdoor supply, cable routes, working height and vehicle access.
Scope-led pricing
Seasonal exterior installations start at £1,500. Enhanced exteriors are £2,500–£4,000 and statement exteriors are £4,000–£5,000+. Larger or more complex briefs are quoted after review. The figures describe scope, not a particular road, estate or house type.
